Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Occy’s Find uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage and session storage) on occys.fit and in our apps. It supplements our Privacy Notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use local storage, which works similarly but stays on your device until cleared. Both let the site remember things between visits.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions and security tokens (set by our authentication provider), CSRF protection, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off; without them the app cannot keep you signed in. Typical lifetime: session to 12 months.

Preferences — your language (English, Hebrew, Russian), region, category and brand filters, and interface state such as collapsed panels. Stored locally so the app looks the same next visit. Typical lifetime: up to 12 months.

Analytics — aggregated usage measurement (which pages and scans are used) so we can improve the product. Only set if you accept optional cookies. Typical lifetime: up to 12 months.

Affiliate attribution — when you open a deal, the retailer or network may set their own cookie to attribute the visit. That cookie is controlled by them, not by us, and never changes the price you pay.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record; Paddle sets its own cookies on its checkout to run the transaction and prevent fraud. Retailers you click through to set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

When you first visit, we ask whether to allow optional (analytics) cookies. Necessary cookies are always on. You can change your mind at any time:
