Who you are contracting with

Occy’s Find is operated by Cosmicom Ltd, trading as Occy’s Find (“we”, “us”). These terms form an agreement between you and Cosmicom Ltd.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

The service

Occy’s Find is an independent price-intelligence service. We surface publicly observable sales and coupons and model likely upcoming ones. Future finds are AI-generated estimates, not guarantees, and should not be relied on as financial advice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and tokens

Free and paid plans include an AI token allowance. Tokens are consumed by scans, reveals, and alerts, reset each billing period, have no cash value, and do not roll over. We may adjust token costs to reflect model pricing, with notice for paid plans. Plan details are on our pricing page.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Purchases made inside our iOS app are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its output, or circumvent technical limits, metering, paywalls or regional restrictions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud, spam or abusive automation; infringing anyone’s intellectual property; scraping or bulk extraction of our output; introducing malware; or probing, load-testing or otherwise interfering with our security or infrastructure.

AI output

Predictions, summaries and matched imagery are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for verifying prices, availability and terms with the retailer before purchasing. We may filter, restrict or remove content, and we welcome takedown requests from rights holders at legal@occys.fit; repeat infringement can lead to account termination.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including software, models, design, documentation and branding. Brand names and logos of retailers belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer listed. Some links are affiliate links; this never changes the price you pay.

Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your licence ends; you may export or delete your data from your dashboard, and remaining data is deleted per our Privacy Notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard by its competent courts. We may assign these terms in a merger or acquisition; you may not assign without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
