30-day money-back guarantee

Occy’s Find is operated by Cosmicom Ltd. If you are not happy with a subscription or token pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle: visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@occys.fit and we will help arrange it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day window described above.

Token packs

One-off token packs are refundable within the same 30-day window. Where a large share of the tokens has already been consumed, we may refund the unused portion instead of the full amount.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
